About Us
Colin Graham
Founder
Colin spends a lot of time figuring out what AI can actually do, then building something useful with it.
He built a learning curriculum for the PwC Global Marketing team. At Shopify, he managed programmes for a merchant learning management system and a developer learning and credentialing platform.
He leads AI strategy and implementation at Thumbstop, identifying where AI can make a meaningful difference, designing the systems behind it, and guiding teams through putting them into practice.
Now through AI Work Skills by Thumbstop, Colin helps small Canadian businesses make AI part of everyday work, with the tools, skills, and confidence to use it independently.
David Tecala
AI Setup Specialist
David helps get AI set up and working. He builds tools in ChatGPT and Claude that use a business’s own information, examples, and voice to support research and content creation. He tests the results, fixes the connections between tools, and makes the work easier to repeat without starting from scratch.
Lovelylynn Ergina
AI & Operations Coordinator
Lovely works on the details that keep things moving. She uses AI to research companies, tests different instructions, and checks the results. She also organizes the information those tools need and creates forms, checklists, and clear steps that make complicated tasks easier to follow.
What We Believe
It starts small.
It stays with you.
Six beliefs. One way of approaching AI.
People first.
AI second.
01
Starting is the hardest part.
A useful first step beats a big plan.
02
Small habits create real value.
AI can help before a full transformation.
03
Your team knows the work.
Give people room to find their own opportunities.
04
Confidence comes from doing.
Practise on real work, not made-up exercises.
05
The know-how stays with you.
Build capability, not dependence on us.
06
One win leads to another.
Early progress gives people confidence to keep going.
You don’t need to change everything.
You just need somewhere to begin.
